Completing your sign-up

In order to complete your sign-up at Deltaserat, please make sure to complete the next steps.

Step 1: Online sign-up

By filling in and submitting the signup form below you make sure that you’re added to our online member database. Please fill in your information correctly, by carefully reading all fields. Click the ‘Submit’ button once all required fields have been filled in. After submitting the sign-up form you will receive a confirmation email that includes your member ID and personal link to edit your information (check your spam folder too!). Save this email carefully as you may need the information it holds later on.

Step 2: Signing the mandate

Before your membership is fully accepted you need to provide an additional payment approval on paper. Please approach one of the board members during your first week of training to receive one. Your membership will be approved once we have received this mandate.
