Training takes place in the dojo (hall 2) of the Aclo Sportscenter (Blauwborgje 16)
 
Each year consists of 2 training periods:
 
  - 1 September to 1 February
  - 1 February to 1 July
 
In July and August there is no regular training

Tuesday
17:30 - 19:30 Grappling
 
Wednesday
17:00 - 18:30 Kickboxing (beginner)
18:30 - 20:00 Kickboxing (advanced)
 
Thursday
17:00 - 18:30 Krav Maga 
 
Friday
17:00 - 18:00 Training only for Women (MMA/Kickboxing)
18:00 - 19:30 MMA
 
Saturday
16:30 - 18:00 Kickboxing
18:00 - 19:30 Fight Team Training
